THese magnetic reed switches are are extremely reliable.
They are two parts to the switch, a magnet and a reed switch.
The magnet is fixed to a door or a window and the reed switch to the frame.
When the door or window is opend the magnect switch will trigger the alarm system.
Recommended: for doors, windows, lift and tail gates.
