Our The MR-8 Overhead Door Contacts are exclusively designed for rugged high traffic installations.
The reed switch is hermetically sealed with a PVC shock absorber enclosed within a solid aluminum housing. Installation wires are protected in a 24” stainless steel armored cable.
The MR-8 is designed for greater flexibility, universal mounting, greater pulling power, and to provide a professional installation appearance.

Magnet and mounting bracket mounts on Tail gate or overhead door
Mount contact switch directly to floor with epoxy or screws
Tough aluminum housing with 24" armored cable wire leads
Normally closed contacts (Contacts closed when magnet is near)
Normally open contacts (Contacts Opened when magnet is near)
Make Gap: 2" Break Gap: 3" Max 30VDC 30VAC .3A
